Sipki AI Archive: End User License Agreement and Terms of Sale
These terms apply to the Sipki AI Archive extension for Google Chrome, formerly named “AI Chat Vault” (the “Software”), in its Free and Pro versions. By installing or using the Software, or by buying a Pro licence, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
1. Licence
The Software is licensed, not sold. Sipki grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own personal or internal business purposes. The Free version lets you keep up to 50 chats. A Pro licence removes that limit for the number of browser activations stated at checkout. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) resell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Software or a licence key; (b) bypass or disable the licence check or the Free limit; (c) reverse engineer the Software, except where the law does not allow this restriction; (d) use the Software in breach of law or of the terms of the services whose data you import.
3. Terms of sale
- Price. Pro is a one-time licence for USD 39 (taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location). It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Seller and payments. Pro is offered by Sipki, LLC. Payments are processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, not by Google. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Google is not the seller and is not responsible for the sale, payment, refunds or support.
- Delivery. Your licence key is shown at checkout and sent to you by Lemon Squeezy. You activate it in the extension under Settings.
- Licence check. The Pro version checks the key with Lemon Squeezy at most once every 7 days. Without a successful check, Pro keeps working for up to 14 days and then falls back to the Free limit until the next successful check.
4. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Write to support@sipkigroup.com with your order number or the e-mail used at checkout, or use the refund link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt if it offers one. After a refund the licence key is disabled and the Software returns to the Free version. Chats you already saved stay in your browser and are not deleted, but you cannot add chats beyond the Free limit. Rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including statutory withdrawal rights where they apply, are not limited by this section.
5. Your content and password
You are responsible for the content you import or save and for having the right to keep it. Encryption is optional. If you set a password and lose it, your encrypted chats cannot be recovered by you or by us. Keep your own exports as backups.
6. Integrity check
The Verify feature detects changes made outside the extension's own log. It is a local check without a secret key: it cannot prove that the whole archive was not rebuilt, and it is not a legal certificate or evidence of authenticity.
7. Third-party services and names
Export formats are defined by OpenAI, Anthropic and Google and may change without notice, which can stop imports from working until we update the Software. The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI. Their names are used only to identify the data the Software can read.
8. Updates and support
We may release updates through the Chrome Web Store. We answer support requests at support@sipkigroup.com within 3 business days. We do not promise that any particular feature will be added or kept.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IMPORTS WILL CAPTURE EVERY MESSAGE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIPKI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. SIPKI'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENCE, OR USD 10 IF YOU USE THE FREE VERSION.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or rights you have under mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
11. Termination
These terms apply while you use the Software. Your licence ends automatically if you materially breach them. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Software.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of New York have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where mandatory law gives you that right, and the mandatory consumer protection law of that place continues to apply.
13. Changes and contact
