2. How to make a request

Write to support@sipkigroup.com with the subject “Data request” and include:

We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity before we disclose or delete data. We ask only for what is necessary and use it only for that purpose. An authorised agent may act for you if they show that authority.

3. Timelines

4. When we are a processor

For results that our data tools produce for a customer, the customer decides why and how the data is used, and is responsible for answering requests about it. When we receive such a request:

  1. we add the website or domain concerned to the exclusion list, if you ask, so that our tools do not collect it again;
  2. where we can identify the customer concerned, we forward your request to that customer without undue delay and help them answer it;
  3. where we cannot identify the customer, because results are stored in the customer's account and not with us, we tell you so;
  4. we tell you which of these steps we have taken.

5. Data we receive from partners

For purchases through Lemon Squeezy and licences through the Atlassian Marketplace, those companies also hold your data as independent controllers. We can delete or correct the copy we hold, and we will point you to the right contact for theirs.

6. If you are not satisfied

You can reply to our answer and we will review it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
